And in this era of responsible hipster butchers they should step up.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6268699299476461206.post-8907657559556249072010-04-29T09:57:39.595-04:002010-04-29T09:57:39.595-04:00I would love it if they used pasture-raised, organ...I would love it if they used pasture-raised, organic meat, but I don't think they do. Sysco is definitely a food distribution company that's very large, often they have contracts with schools and such. Maybe they also cover cleaning supplies. Not a good mix of businesses in my opinion. Now that I know meat quality, etc., that is a real downer. But still have to say it was delicious.Nomi Lubinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07662026175506202868noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6268699299476461206.post-14159836283535094912009-08-25T18:14:47.890-04:002009-08-25T18:14:47.890-04:00VASTLY over hyped. The tacos and the rest of the food were simply ok. We'd rather go to the Red Hook ballfields anytime though--the food is better. We need to try the other new taco place on Smith, I've heard better things.Christinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16764518258000003937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6268699299476461206.post-5492018359255708972009-08-20T09:26:12.749-04:002009-08-20T09:26:12.749-04:00I'd only be repeating myself. :)
